Information concerning delivery:

All prices based on the packing unit (20cl = box of 24 bottles), 75 cl = bos of 6 bottles), (37,5 cl and 50 cl = box of 12 bottles), (Magnums 150 cl = box of 1 bottle), exept gift boxes (content as described in the article description).

All prices are shown in Euro and include all taxes and duties of the slected destination country.

Luxembourg deliveries are free of transport fees. For international deliveries transport fees in Euro are to be found in the 'SHOP'.

Simply fill in the order form with correct delivery address, click 'SUBMIT' and find the exact fee indicated in Euro.

All products in the list can be ordered as long as they are in stock. Domaines Vinsmoselle cannot be held responsible for any product running out of stock or for differences between the picture shown and the product.

All products ordered on this site will be transported by the Postal Services of P&T Luxembourg and DPD. Delivery times may change according to the geographical location of the delivery address.

The items to be delivered on the territory of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg are delivered by the trucks of Domaines Vinsmoselle.

 


 

Complaints and Return of goods:

Domaines Vinsmoselle has to be informed about every disatisfaction concerning delivered goods within 8 days, starting from the arrival day at the final destination.

Any complaints will be dealt with within 4 working days.

Please give the exact details of the delivery and/or return of goods.
If the delivered goods don't match the ordered goods Domaines Vinsmoselle will send the exact order-after the mistaken one has been sent back to Domaines Vinsmoselle-or credit the difference, after a proof of the mistake is given.

If all or some of the delivered bottles happen to be broken, Domaines Vinsmoselle will either credit the invoice, via the responsible transaction partner CETREL, via PayPal or via bank transfer, or send new bottles as replacement after proof has been given to us.

 


 

Confidential customer data:

Domaines Vinsmoselle will only inform their partners (P&T and DPD) about as much of the personal data of the customers as necessary in order to assure the correct managing of the order.

If you have filled out the form on our website "Contact Us" or "newsletter" Domaines Vinsmoselle is committed to exclusively use your personal information to respond to your request and to send you information about Domaines Vinsmoselle.


 

Personal data:

We treat your personal data as confidential information that we never pass on to third parties.

In the case of an order, the customer data is stored on the site. After receiving the order, they are parallel stored in the internal customer management system of Domaines Vinsmoselle and this with no time limit.

Payment safety:

Orders are paid online by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer to Domaines Vinsmoselle. Paiements by credit card are secured through the luxemburgish transaction company CETREL. In this way, Domaines Vinsmoselle have no access to credit card numbers of their clients during the whole payment process.

 


 

Use of this website:

Domaines Vinsmoselle cannot be held responsible for any prejudices caused by wrong usage of our database. Prices are subjected to periodical change.

Domaines Vinsmoselle cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of this site.
