Grand Premier Cru

A spicy, noble, slightly smoky nose with hints of dried fruits links directly in the beginning to this Pinot Gris’ potential. Its taste is mainly dominated by a lot more dried fruits and quinces which are well integrated into the elegant but full body. Furthermore, ripe and mineral acidity ensures freshness. With regard to the voluminous finish and ripe aromas, it’s a perfect Pinot Gris for the upper gastronomy because of matching to various noble dishes.
