Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé

Plaisir sans alcool is the alcohol-free mousseux rosé from Les Vignerons de Domaines Vinsmoselle. The base wines for the cuvée were selected in autumn 2024 and matured accordingly. It is a cuvée of different grape varieties, with the colour coming from Pinot noir. The Moussuex has a brilliant salmon red colour with red reflections, fresh and appealing. Its mousseux is intense and stimulating. On the nose, aromas of raspberry, blueberry and cherry. In the mouth, the mousse is open with playfulness and finesse. The fine perlage makes it very creamy. The flavour of ripe limes and plums in combination with honey notes ensure a long finish. A fresh, stimulating companion for many occasions and enjoyment without remorse.
