This Auxerrois presents aromas of ripe grapes, vanilla and a hint of almonds. On the palate, it shows clear minerality and vitality while being complex and powerful at the same time. It is a very balanced, fine and full-bodied wine with intense notes of pear. Typically for Auxerrois, the finish is long, vivacious and pleasant.
