Domaines Vinsmoselle’s first step towards bio wine production was taken with the so-called "Häreberg“project in the area of Wasserbillig where about 5 hectares of biologically treated vineyards grow. In addition to that, Domaines Vinsmoselle even built self-made insect hotels to enlarge biodiversity and protect important insects like honey bees.
Our winemakers respect all bio wine conditions concerning viticulture, enology and packaging. As a result, no chemical, synthetic or artificial treatments against herbs, fungus or parasites are used.
