The Auxerrois is very spicy in the bouquet with aromas of date, intense and aromatic. In the mouth it is juicy and dense with a rich structure. Ripe pears and caramel notes dominate the taste. The play between residual sugar and acidity is perfectly balanced; the present alcohol completes the ensemble. The Hôpertsbour is long, dense and concentrated in the finish, an excellent wine pleasant to drink.
