Our Auxerrois sélection des Asperges 2018, a perfect pairing for asparagus, is fruity with aromas of ripe grapes and mandarins. The mature and aromatic flavour of the 2018 Auxerrois are reflected well in this young wine. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh with a hint of lemon and vanilla. Its finesse is supported with a delicate but pronounced acidity. It is tart on the tongue but balanced perfectly with round fruitiness… an exciting young wine!
