The origin of this type of wine, an ancestral method of drying consisting of placing grapes on beds of straw destined for this type of wine. After two months minimum storage, the grapes are subjected to slow pressure and must undergo slow fermentation. Aromatic wines of exception, containing intense expressions and subtle revelations.
